a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

warranty does not apply to failures of the product due to improper use,

not cover instances resulting from improve care, accidents, alterations,
modifications, tampering in any way, or negligence.
The warranty is
void if the product has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized
person/company.
The warranty is not transferable and void if/when the product is sold to a third party.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused during shipping or caused by force or an Act of God.
The
warranty does not cover accessories included with the product, such as
cables, etc..., or any other items that may be included and shipped with

12TB USB 3.0 eSATA Data Storage for IM Solo-4 Hard Drive Duplicator
The 12TB USB3.0 eSATA Data Storage System connects seamlessly to the IM Solo-4 , Solo 5 units Image MASSter units via the standard USB 3.0 or eSATA connections to provide a large volume RAID storage space. Users wanting to take advantage of the USB 3.0 faster speed capability can connect the Data Storage System to the IMSolo-4 Expansion-Ready unit with the Expansion Box and the installed PCIe USB 3.0 Controller Card.
The System contains four (4) shock mounted 3.5" hard drive bays that can accommodate up to four (4), 2TB/3TB*, 3.5" user supplied hard drives. The hard drives are user configurable as RAID or JBOD.

Works seamlessly with the IM Solo-4: In the lab, the user can plug the 12TB USB 3.0/eSATA Data Storage System directly to the Forensic Lab servers or to PC Forensic units via the IM Solo-4. This allows the user to easily preview, transfer and access stored data in a secure environment.
Works as Stand Alone Unit: In the lab, the user can plug the USB 3.0/eSATA Data Storage System directly to the Forensic Lab servers or to PC Forensic units through an eSATA, USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connection.
Allows Sharing Digital Evidence: Users can PUSH any data stored in 12TB USB3.0/eSATA Data Storage System to any location on the network via the IM Solo-4 unit's native 1 GB Ethernet connection. This allows Investigators to automatically share digital evidence data with local and remote fellow investigators without the need to purchase any special, expensive storage docking devices to connect to the network.
The Shared Folder is configured to be write-protected through the Solo-4 setting.
Provides Power Synchronization: It provides power off in Synchronization with the IM Solo-4 or users' Forensic station.
