a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
The
warranty does not apply to failures of the product due to improper use,
installation, handling or breakage of the Product. The warranty does
not cover instances resulting from improve care, accidents, alterations,
modifications, tampering in any way, or negligence.
The warranty is
void if the product has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized
person/company.
The warranty is not transferable and void if/when the product is sold to a third party.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused during shipping or caused by force or an Act of God.
The
warranty does not cover accessories included with the product, such as
cables, etc..., or any other items that may be included and shipped with
the main unit.

IM Solo-4, IM4000PRO, WipePro Expansion Box
The Expansion Option adds the capability to capture data from additional devices which have interfaces not available on the Image MASSter Solo-4, IM4000PRO and Wipe Pro units.
The Expansion Option is configured with the following hardware:
1) Fire-wire 1394 PCI-Express card for connecting 1394A (1 Port) or 1394B (2 Ports) mass storage devices,
2) SCSI Ultra320 PCI-Express card for connecting SCSI mass storage devices. Solo-4 can capture 2 SCSI Suspect drives simultaneously with no speed degradation(*),
3) PCI-Express to Express Card 34/54 Reader for connecting a broad range of Express Card compliant cards, such as Express Card USB 3.0 cards used to connect USB 3.0 mass storage devices(**).
NOTES:
(*)External Multi-Output Power Adapter (not supplied) is required to power the second SCSI drive when capturing 2 SCSI drives to 2 Evidence drives simultaneously. It is also recommended to use the External Multi-Output Power Adapter to power two or more external drives connected to the Expansion Box.
Express Cards are not supplied with the Expansion Option.
The Expansion Box Option comes standard with following configuration and components:Standard Configuration of the Box:1394A(1 Port) and 1394B(2 Ports) controller card.Fast SCSI Ultra 320 controller card. (User will be able to connect two SCSI drives)Express Card Reader (not for use with USB based memory cards).
The user can remove the top cover of the expansion box very easily by opening the top thumb screws and replacing any of the installed controllers card with other desired and approved by ICS PCIe controller cards(*)(*) The PCIe controller card must be PCIe-4X or PCIe-1X. Also some of the cards might need external power source.
The Expansion Box can also utilize additional PCI Express cards for future drive interface expand ability. These additional PCI Express cards are available for purchase from ICS. USB 3.0 PCIe controller: Add 2 ports of USB 3.0 to the expansion box. Fiber Channel Kit to support 1 drive and with 2 kits can support up to 2 FC drives.
Expansion Box setup by default:
1- One SCSI controller card.
2- USB 3.0 and USB C.
